SHORT DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real-Time-Communication (RTC) Expert to join the team.
ABOUT THE CLIENT:

YOU WILL:
- Lead calls infrastructure projects while conducting hands-on coding tasks
- Improve the Viber-to-Viber calls domain and come up with improvements for call quality and users satisfaction
- Plan, research, evaluate, design, and analyze performance of real-time communication infrastructure
- Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities with other teams
YOU NEED:
- Experience working on large-scale calls app/service
- 10+ years of professional experience in SW industry
- WebRTC client side development experience
- 8+ years in C++ development
- Background in Android or IOS development
- Experience with ICE protocol communication
- Experience with video technologies – encoding, decoding, familiarity with AV1/VP8/VP9
- Experience in different network architecture solutions – Conference server solutions, TURN, Jitsi, etc.
- Experience with Agile methodology
- High level of English both verbal and written
WOULD BE A PLUS:
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in RTC and WebRTC, and experience in large scale audio/video calls products. As an RTC Expert, you will work with the team on improving Viber audio and video calls, enhancing quality and user satisfaction. You will work with other client/server/data teams to define the right path, bring it forward and make a significant impact on users.
